Artist Biography:

1955 Born in Hiroshima, Japan
1978 Graduated from Shimonoseki City College
1984 Determined to become a ceramic artist and entered to Gifu

  • Prefectural Tajimi Industrial School, majoring in ceramics

1985 Received award in Asahi Ceramic Competition
1886 Built own in Koganei, Tokyo
1996 Selected for Asahi Ceramic Exhibition for Australia, New Whales State Museum

  • Received award in Traditional Crafts New Competition
