1990 Recognized as a Saga Prefecture Important Intangible Cultural Property
1995 Published a collection of essays entitled "Yumino Four Seasons Glazed Colors: The World of Hiroshi Nakajima"
1996 Awarded the MOA Okada Mokichi Grand Prize, the Fujiwara Kei Memorial Prize, and the Saga Newspaper Cultural Prize
