1993  Awarded the Kato Kohei Prize

1994  Awarded the Mino Ceramic Art Grand Prize

1997  Awarded the Shoroku Prize and the Gifu Prefecture Special Encouragement for Art and Culture

2002  Designated important intangible cultural property of Toki City
2012   Designated important intangible cultural property of Gifu Prefecture
