Hailing from a lineage of potters spanning 4 generations, Onishi Masafumi (b. 1980) embodies the legacy of his family's craft. As a dynamic and rising talent in the world of ceramics, his creations have garnered an enthusiastic following among collectors in Western regions. Onishi's distinctive style revolves around the artful fusion of wood firing and time-honored techniques, notably the "Oni Tamba" style, among others.
